Former Stanley Fire Chief Korey Hagenson was recently recognized for his dedicated service to the Chippewa County Fire Chiefs Association. Hagenson, who served as Stanley’s fire chief from 2019 to 2024, received a plaque of appreciation from City Administrator Nicole Pilgrim in honor of his leadership, commitment, and contributions to the fire service community across Chippewa County.
Throughout his five-year tenure as chief, Hagenson was an active member of the countywide association, helping foster collaboration among departments and advancing public safety efforts in the region.
The recognition highlights not only his impact in Stanley, but his lasting influence on emergency services throughout Chippewa County.
