Fresh on the heels of last year’s ‘Mowgli,’ the Stanley-Boyd Drama Club has a new show in store.
Based on the hit Disney tale, Frozen Jr. is coming to Stanley-Boyd High School this year, with performances in the high school gymnasium later this month.
“Frozen Jr. is based on the Disney movie Frozen,” Stanley-Boyd Drama Club Play Director Kayleigh Steinmetz shared. “It is about the journey of two sisters trying to find their way in life after they lose their parents.”
Included in the cast of characters for this year’s show are six different actors to play Anna and Elsa at different ages.
Playing Anna are Sophie Steinmetz (Young Anna), Alexis Baughman (Middle Anna), and Sydney Gundlach (Anna). Playing Elsa are Eloise Patten (Young Elsa), Kimmie Nulph (Middle Anna), and Caroline Johnson (Elsa).
Included in the supporting cast are an ensemble and more, including Hans (Carter Isenberger), Kristoff (Gunnar Goettl), Sven (Emily Kletsch), and Olaf (Chloe Isenberger)!
Showtimes for the classic Disney tale are Wednesday, Oct. 16 at 7:00 p.m., Saturday, Oct.19 at 7:00 p.m., and Sunday, Oct. 20 at 1:30 p.m. Pre-sale tickets are on sale now.
