Alex Kulesa (center) attended the October 9th Town of Thorp board meeting to request approval for a building setback from Chairman Louie Andruskiewicz, Supervisor Andy Slowiak and Supervisor Bob Kodl with Clerk Arlene Kodl (far left) observing. Kulesa plans to construct a 48x100 ft butcher shop and cheese factory at W10847 County Line Road, to be named K&M Countryside Creamery and Butchering. A retail store is also planned for the front of the building. “It’s all right with us on that setback,” said Andruskiewicz after Kulesa agreed to the board’s request to extend the setback ten feet.
