The Stanley-Boyd Oriole were well-represented on the Cloverbelt Football All-Conference Team.
Senior defensive back Cole Brenner was named the conference’s defensive player of the year, and Brody Mahr was honored as the conference’s assistant coach of the year.
The Orioles placed nine players on the first team, more than any other team.
In addition to Brenner, first team honors were also earned by:
•Senior quarterback Carter Isenberger.
•Senior running back Rudy Kletsch.
•Senior wide receiver Madden Mahr.
•Junior offensive lineman Willy Graham.
•Senior offensive lineman Riley Schad.
•Defensive lineman Storm Tiry.
•Linebacker Gavin Hatfield.
•Defensive back Carson Hodowanic.
Orioles earning second team all-conference honors were senior defensive lineman Braden Ciszak, senior linebacker Jacob LaGrander and senior defensive back Aaron Sturm.
Conference offensive player of the year was Evrett Taft of Regis, and head coach of the year was Bryant Brenner of Regis.
The Orioles finished this season with a 10-2 overall record, 6-1 in the Cloverbelt Confrence. Its only loss was to conference champion Regis in a close battle. The Orioles fell in Level 2 of the WIAA Playoffs to Northwestern by a 26-21 score.
