Stanley-Boyd FCCLA members Delani Mercier (left) and Grace Schmidt (right) took their Be A Buddy project to the University of Wisconsin-Stout where they competed in the FCCLA regional competition. Together they scored gold and will be competing in April at the State Competition at the Kalahari Resort and Conference Center in Wisconsin Dells. The Be A Buddy project has grown since it was started in 2023 by Mercier, Schmidt, and Jaden Pennala. The girls are proud of the growth of the project and plan to continue the project until mid-April.
