If your stand against the mask is based in part on an overbearing government, that stance, may just need some adjustment. This after the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) at Atlanta has now given the green light for those duly vaccinated to resume prior activities sans ‘le masque,’ though the government agency still recommends mask adherence in the following areas:
• Health care settings
• K-12 Schools
• Places where masks are required by local, tribal, or territorial laws, rules, and regulations, including local businesses and workplaces
• Residents and employees of correctional and detention facilities and homeless shelters.
• Travelers on all planes, buses, trains, and other forms of public transportation traveling into, within, or out of the United States and in U.S. transportation hubs such as airports and stations.
Finally, the community is encouraged to get vaccinated, with more information on vaccination sites at www.vaccines.gov or by calling 1-844-6841064.
