The concession stand building at Chapman Park has received a facelift from the Public Works Department the past few months. New windows, new doors and new steel siding completed the fresh face that the concession stand desperately needed. The Fourth of July Celebration Committee generously donated to purchase new outlets on the exterior of the building.
