Noah Christopher Hornbuckle, 21, Chippewa Falls, was charged with Operating While Revoked (Rev due to alc/contr subst/refusal) on May 24, with a pretrial conference June 17 and initial court appearance 11:00 a.m. on July 14 in Branch 3 County Court.

Joseph M. Stuttgen, 28, Stanley, was charged May 24 with OWI (2nd) and Operating with Prohibited Alcohol Content (2nd) on May 24. Pretrial conference held June 17 with July 7 Review Hearing at 1:30 p.m. in Branch 3 of Chippewa County Court.

Michelle R. Herrmann, 49, Chippewa Falls, was charged with OWI (3rd) and Operating with Prohibited Alcohol Content (3rd) on May 18. Order appointing counsel following application for state public defender June 16, with an initial appearance July 6 at 1:30 p.m. in Branch 3 Court. Order on petition for Appointment of Attorney returned June 21 for unclaimed/undelivered mail service. Identical charges under separate case filing number at CCAP (last two digits 40 in place of 41).

Jarrod D. Martens, 20, Lynon Station, was charged with Resisting/Failing to Stop on May 4, with Review Hearing September 14 at 9:30 a.m. in Chippewa County Branch 2 Court. Public defender assigned May 25.

Adam Patrick Sullivan, 27, Bloomer, was charged on May 4 with OWI (3rd), Operating While Revoked (Rev due to alc/ contr subst/refusal), Ignition Interlock Device Tampering/Failure to Install/Violate Court Order, and Operating with Prohibited Alcohol Content Greater than .02 under IID Order (3rd). Pretrial conference July 8 at 3:00 p.m. in the DA office with Review Hearing August 10 at 10:00 a.m. in Branch 2 County Court Treyton L. Sloniker, 21, Chippewa Falls, was charged with OWI (2nd) and Operating with Prohibited Alcohol Content (2nd) on May 4. Amended signature bond signed June 4 with Review Hearing scheduled for August 17 at 10:00 a.m. in Chippewa County Branch 3 Court.

Xavier M. Thompson, 32, Chippewa Falls, was charged with Operating While Revoked (Rev due to alc/contr subst/refusal 4th+) on May 3. Pretrial conference July 15 at 9:30 a.m. in the DA Office with Review Hearing August 11 at 11:00 a.m. in Branch 2 County Court.

Clark County

Cara Lee Gold, 25, Alma Center, was charged with Operating While Revoked (Rev due to alc/contr subst/refusal) on May 11. Signature bond signed June 9 with Pre-trial conference held June 24 at 2:30 p.m. A Status Conference is scheduled for July 13 at 11:10 a.m. in the Clark County Courthouse.

Craig A. Verden, 69, Willard, was charged May 11 with Operating While Revoked (Rev due to alc/contr subst/refusal) with signature bond signed May 18 and adjourned initial appearance via ZOOM June 29. Notice mailed June 29 with pretrial conference July 22 at 2:30 p.m. in Clark County Court, followed August 3 with a Status Conference at 10:50 a.m.

Brian S. Wold, 46, Schofield, was charged May 11 with Operating While Revoked (Rev due to alc/contr subst/refusal). Defendant appeared in court pro se on May 18, with adjourned initial appearance June 29 via ZOOM, a plea of not guilty being entered. As such, a pretrial conference is scheduled for July 22 at 2:45 p.m. in the Clark County Courthouse, followed by a Status Conference on August 3 at 11:00 a.m., also at the Courthouse.

Gustavo Pimentelflores, 49, Abbotsford, was charged with Operate without Valid License (2nd within 3 years) and adjudicated guilty May 18 due to guilty plea, following a previous not guilty plea the same day with translator present at both, defendant appearing pro se (by himself). Fine of $579 assessed against defendant as result of conviction.

Giovanni William Edward Birch, 19, Ladysmith, was charged with Operate without Valid License (2nd within 3 years) on May 11. Return on bench warrant scheduled July 6 at 1:20 p.m. after summons and failure to appear followed with a change of address notification from defendant following failure to appear at initial appearance May 18.

Patricia Castro-Hernandez, 40, Abbotsford, was charged with Operate without Valid License (2nd within 3 years) on May 6, with initial appearance June 22. Interpreter sworn in to testify with Hernandez appearing pro se. Defendant did not receive complaint and will represent herself. Court did not order bond. Pre-trial conference is scheduled for July 15 at 3:45 p.m., with Status Conference July 20 at 1:50 p.m.

Taylor County

Douglas E. Dahl, 56, was charged with Operating While Revoked (Rev due to alc/ contr subst/refusal) on May 27.

Signature bond signed June 1, court entering a plea of not guilty on defendant’s behalf after defendant waived reading of complaint, charges, and penalties. Pre-trial conference scheduled for July 15 at 7:30. a.m. with the District Attorney.

Jose Luis Bautista Cruz, 23, Medford, was charged May 25 with Operate without valid license (2nd within 3 years), with Spanish interpreter present at June 15 initial appearance, plea of not guilty entered by court. A signature bond was also signed June 15 and a pretrial conference scheduled for August 4 at 9:30 a.m. with the District Attorney.

Charles E. Wacholtz, 39, Westboro, was charged May 7 with Operate without Valid License (1st Violation) and adjudicated guilty on June 18 due to no contest plea (accepting consequences without admitting legal guilt).

Kurt Russell Lasee, 31, Altoona, was charged May 7 with Operating While Revoked (Rev due to alc/contr subst/refusal 4th+). Signature bond signed May 18 with pretrial conference scheduled for August 4 at 11:30 a.m.

Jorge Palam Rosero, 67, Abbotsford, was charged with Operating While Revoked (Rev due to alc/contr subst/refusal) on May 7. Pretrial conference on August 26 at 11:00 a.m.

Kevin Marcellus Anton Cox, 34, St. Paul Minnesota, was charged May 7 with Operate without Valid License (2nd within 3 years). Body-only bench warrant authorized after failure to appear at initial appearance May 18. Jason A. Krumwiede, 39, was charged May 5 with OWI (3rd) and Operating with Prohibited Alcohol Content (3rd), a pretrial conference scheduled for July 15 at 11:00 a.m. with the District Attorney and a Status Hearing August 2 at 9:00 a.m.
