The Stanley Sportsman’s Club will again sponsor a dumpster for deer carcass disposal at the Stanley Express Mart location. The club encourages deer hunters to dispose of deer carcasses properly by not dumping them on the local landscape and roadside ditches.
Dumpsters for carcass disposal are becoming more prevalent throughout the state as a measure to prevent possible spread of Chronic Wasting Disease (CWD).
The club requests that people use the dumpster for carcass disposal only, not other miscellaneous trash such as aluminum cans and bottles. Please respect this voluntary service.
