With Halloween just around the corner we continue with our ghosts and bat crafts our newest resident Cheryl jumped right in she made a ghost, bat and had enough time to decorate an acorn for her door. She enjoyed the crafts and is very excited that we are always creating new projects, she is very outgoing and as already made friends her and Monica crafted together and share the same dinner table. It’s never too late to make new friends.

For bingo the next few weeks we have Our Saviors Lutheran Church come play bingo with our residents, 6 to 8 Kids from their Church come to play and talk and get to know the residents everyone seemed to have a great time they bring prizes for our residents to win when they call bingo, thanks to the Our Savior Church for donating your time to play bingo which is our residents most favorite thing to do. Cheryl our newest resident had a great time even though she didn’t win she still had a great time getting to know everyone. We also had Denny’s Sister in-law join us for bingo she sat next to Bernice to help her with her chips. Thank you so much Carolyn!

We had Catholic Mass this week it’s always a great turn out and our residents enjoy going to church most grew up going to church every Sunday so the two times a month they get to go is greatly appreciated thank you father Felix and pastor ken for your time from your busy schedules to make our residents happy!
