Monday began in the general store. Marilyn, Dennis, Jules,
Monica and Esther looked around at the new inventory for the
week. During lunch, we had to bring our luau inside due to the
weather being chilly outside. Everyone savored a chicken and veggie kabob with pasta salad and scrumptious orange cake while wearing festive lei around their neck.
Tuesday was the day tenants and residents made their grocery lists and they were ordered and delivered to their apartments.
Dorothy, Monica, Ed, Larry and Jules made it outside to enjoy
the sunshine and the plants.
It was puzzle day on Wednesday. Joann, Esther, Yvonne and Dorothy had a puzzle to work on. Cindy and Carol B whizzed through word searches and June worked on her crossword puzzle.
Thursday the general store opened up early in the morning
and Jackie, Dennis, Joann, Jules, Monica, Esther, Carol B and Dorothy all went to purchase items. Sandi and Cindy got their nails trimmed, filed and painted to look pretty. Sandi did a wonderful job at calling bingo for Craig, Bunny, Dennis, Monica, Joann, Esther, Al, Marge, Dorothy, Ed, John, Susan, June and Barb. Congrats to Al for winning big during the blackout round!
