Pictured above from left to right are John Hoel, Duane Booth, Carl Edwardson, Dave Jankoski and Norm Christianson shown with a small amount of the bagged toys received by the 63 Stanley-Boyd area households on Saturday, December 16, during the distribution that took place at the Stanley Community Center. The gifts were from the Spirit of Chippewa County program that annually distributes gifts throughout Chippewa County. The Stanley Lions Club annually serves as Santa’s Helpers in this community service project. Also assisting this year were Dave Winkler and Jamie Dusick. The Chippewa County Spirit of Christmas thanks all those who annually support their effort to make Christmas a better occasion by the gifts they distribute.
