Rodeo tickets now on sale for Father’s Day Weekend

The Stanley Rodeo will take place Father’s Day Weekend this year at Chapman Park.
The rodeo fun kicks off June 12 with the Miss Stanley Queen Coronation and Grand Marshall presentation at Stanley Theater. It continues Friday with food and vendors open at 4 p.m. in Chapman Park, followed by a rodeo performance at 7:30 p.m. Friday will close out with a performance by the Brady Luke Band at the Chapman Park Bandstand.
The fun continues Saturday, June 14 with events that include a cowboy breakfast, food stands, and vendors, rodeo days parade, pedal track pull and petting zoo, professional rodeo performance, and free live music by the Dan Lepien Band.
Come Sunday the fun continues with a Cowboy breakfast and church at the bandstand, charcoal chicken dinner by the Stanley Rod and Gun Club at 11 a.m., and afternoon horse pull, as well as a new team penning/sorting event in the rodeo arena at 11 a.m.

Advanced ticket pricing for the rodeo is $10 for ages five to 12 and $20 for those aged 13 and older.
In person ticket sales are available at the following locations:

• Stanley Republican
200 South Broadway, Stanley
9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

• Hazuga’s True Value Hardware

• Stanley Rodeo Office at Chapman Park on Wednesdays from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Tickets at the gate are $25.
