The Chippewa Valley Home Builders Association (CVHBA) is proud to present the 2025 Parade of Homes, sponsored by Great American Fireplace, a highly anticipated annual event showcasing the best in local residential construction and design. This year’s event features 19 stunning new homes and one beautifully remodeled home located throughout Eau Claire, Altoona, Chippewa Falls, Eleva, Augusta, Stanley and Rice Lake. Parade Home #6 is located just outside of Stanley on County Road N and boasts 6,900 square feet, a timber framed front porch and covered deck, in-ground pool, custom cabinets, and much more. Homes are open for touring Saturday and Sunday, June 7–8 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, June 9–13 from 5 to 9 p.m., and Saturday, June 14 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The remodeled home will be open June 7–9 only.
From spacious open-concept layouts to cozy outdoor living spaces, the 2025 Parade of Homes highlights the latest in home design trends. Popular trends this year include natural wood finishes, black incorporated into accent colors, quartz countertops, mixing tradition with modern styles, feature fireplaces with unique accents on the surrounds, tasteful use of wallpaper, energy-efficient designs and much more. Each home offers something unique, whether you are looking for modern minimalism, timeless craftsmanship, or family friendly functionality. Back for 2025 is the popular Scavenger Hunt (sponsored by Kristy Tauger, Your Real Estate Guide at RE/MAX) where attendees can search for unique items in each home for a chance to win one of four $100 cash cards! And a NEW addition for 2025 is Family Night (sponsored by Northwestern Bank) on Wednesday, June 11. Families can grab a free house Lincoln Log kit (while supplies last) and participate in a social media contest for a chance to win Micon Cinema gift cards. Food lovers can enjoy food trucks on June 7 and 8 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., with local favorites like Smackdaddy’s Gourmet Grub; Dolce, Ragazzi Wood Fired Pizza; The Burrito Guy; and Little Red Grilled Cheese stationed at select Parade Homes. Discount tickets are available through June 6 for $8 through June 6 at Royal Credit Union branches in Eau Claire, Chippewa Falls, Menomonie and Rice Lake, the CVHBA office.
