Neillsville—Spring is tiptoeing back into Wisconsin, and The Highground is celebrating with a burst of color, creativity and sparkle. As part of the 2026 CAMO (Community and Military Outreach) Program, veterans and community members are invited to join a free beaded suncatcher workshop on April 22 from 6-8pm in the Welcome Center. This free event is designed to usher in the season and shine alongside Clark County’s Spring into the Arts Tour festivities.
Participants ages 12 and up will create imaginative, whimsical suncatchers using frames, chicken wire and vibrant glass beads. With step-by-step guidance and all supplies included, artists of every skill level can relax, explore and let their creativity dance in the light.
In the spirit of community and celebration, participants are encouraged to display their finished suncatchers during the Spring into the Arts Tour on April 24 and 25. These sparkling creations will help illuminate the event and highlight the artistic talents of local artisans.
The Highground looks forward to welcoming creators, dreamers and anyone eager to add a little shimmer to the season.
