July 19, it was announced that Thorp has decided that they are

no'longer'interested'in'doing'the'co-op'with'Gilman'this'coming' school'year.'What'usually'happens'is'some'parent(s)'complains' that' their' son' doesn't' get' to' play' because' of' students' from' the' other'school'filling'a'position'and'thus'the'school'board'steps'in' to'say'no'more'co-op.''This'is'a'real'dilemma'for'small'schools' with'declining'enrollments.''The'best'chance'for'co-ops'to'work' seems'to'be'two'small'schools'going'together'when'neither'has' enough'players'to'form'a'full'team.'

Community' Building' in' Chapman' Park.' Considering' that'Wis –

not to bad. A project of the Wisconsin Lions for its centennial

was'to'endow'a'Lions'Pride'Fund'at'the'$10'million'dollar'level.''

At the Wisconsin Lions State Convention, held May 13-15, 2021 in Green Bay, it was announced that the goal had been reached.

The funds earned will provide the Wisconsin Lions Foundation with'annual'support'of'approximately'$300,000'a'year'for'state –

wide'projects.''Among'those'projects,'and'most'noteworthy,'is' the'Wisconsin' Lions' Camp' that' allows' individuals' with' visual'

and intellectual disabilities, youth with diabetes and epilepsy, and deaf and hard of hearing individuals to have an opportunity

to'attend'camp.''Each'year'the'Stanley'Loins'Club'donates'funds' towards'the'operation'of'Camp'Rosholt'and'has'also'been'a'donor'

to the Lions Pride Fund, which will be perpetually helping with
