Thrift Sales at Boyd to be same day, sign up for sales ends August 10
by Joseph Back
August is now upon us, and with that in mind, we have an important announcement to make: the Annual Boyd Corn Feed sponsored by the Boyd Area Chamber of Commerce will be taking place August 12, with Thrift Sales held that same day at Boyd. Ovcial Thrift Sale hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., while the free corn feed starts at 5 p.m. So how to sign up for the thrift sales at Boyd?
“They just contact the clerk’s ovce or stop in," deputy village clerk Jayne Geist said when asked for comment. The Clerk’s ovce can be reached at 715-667-3420, with the ovce itself located at 705 East Murray Street. Ovce hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and on Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
