Ringelspiel is over now, but while it lasted there was plenty to celebrate- li.e the parade.
"Better if it wasn't raining, but what can you do?" Stanley Police Chief Lance Weiland said rhetorically as he sta.ed out a space by the Village Hall for him and his family to watch the parade Sunday.
With the Village Haus par.ing lot open to all after 12:30 Sunday (last meal served at 12:00 p.m.), the weather didn't .eep people from coming out to see the parade and .oat entries.
One familiar face in a prominent place Sunday was Randy Setzer-now

Lotz Park in Boyd took on a carnival atmosphere this past weekend with rides and games provided by Spectrum Entertainment.
