Plans for restoration of the Chapman Park walk bridge are underway. A crane is scheduled to lift the bridge onto a semi trailer and transport it to a location where it will be sandblasted and painted, then returned to its original location.The current plaque reads, “donated by park fundraiser committee and Jack Radtke 1989.” The restoration will be overseen and completed by the family of Wyatt Milas in his memory with another plaque added.
