Deputy out with a young girl who advised that she was lost and couldn’t find her mom. 12:51 a.m.

An EMS call came in from the 600 block of Dutchman Drive for an elderly woman with respiratory distress.

3:57 a.m.

Trista G Raney, age 32, taken into custody by Eau Claire County on a Chippewa County warrant.

8:52 a.m.

A woman reported the possibility that someone was living in a storage unit. For those under housing pressure, resources are potentially available at westcap.org or through the County Housing Authority. 9:37 a.m.

A 77-year-old woman complaining of back and arm pain with a complicating health issue needed EMS assistance from the 4800 block of Highway 27.

10:02 a.m.

A caller reported that a small black dog was running in the area with a collar and a phone number.

10:54 a.m.

Deputy out with a broken down vehicle at mile marker 90 of Highway 29 westbound.

11:57 a.m.

A caller reported that they had found a pile of VHS tapes and some bones under a tarp on a property in the 3600 block of State Highway 29.

11:59 a.m.

A caller reported a Ford pickup that was driving erratic and crossing the center line on 175th Street, northbound of County S South.

1:55 p.m.

An 86 -year-old man fell and was bleeding from the head in the 11000 block of 240th Street. EMS service requested.

2:19 p.m.

A caller reported that multiple jet skis were traveling in the no wake area of Pine Harbor on Lake Wissota, saying that this was an ongoing issue. 2:24 p.m.

Kevin L. Nelson, age 29, taken into custody by Trempealeau County on a Chippewa County warrant for FTA child support. 2:40 p.m.

A caller reported the theft of a purse at Round Lake in the 28600 block of 117th Street. 2:53 p.m.

Ritchie R. Gordon taken into custody by Eau Claire County on a Chippewa County warrant.

Report of an unoccupied PT Cruiser on the side of the road with no plates at County Trunk G and County Trunk M. Caller stated that it appeared to have been in an accident.

A caller from the 3000 block of State Highway 27 reported the ongoing issue of someone dumping garbage in the caller’s dumpsters. 3:28 p.m. A caller reported unemployment fraud from the Sheriff’s lobby.

3:59 p.m.

A 911 hang up call came in from the 7300 block of 203rd Street. Upon call back there was no answer.

4:54 p.m.

A 50-year-old man experiencing a possible heart attack needed EMS in the 33800 block of 20th Avenue. 6:38 p.m.

A man requested a welfare check on his children currently with their mother and the mother’s boyfriend. 6:55 p.m.

A 911 hang up call came in via cell phone from the approximate longitude/latitude coordinates of X: -91.11271 Y:45.42761. Message left on call back to contact the department.

7:00 p.m.

A man was reported to be out of control and having mood swings in the 29300 block of 290th Street. 7:04 p.m.

A prescription fraud was reported from the 4800 block of Highway 27.

11:08 p.m.

A medical alarm was reported from the 100 block of West Eighth Avenue. July 30 12:39 a.m.

A man reported harassment from his ex-girlfriend’s current boyfriend in the 4800 block of 182nd Street. 3:48 a.m.

A local bovine resident was reported to be out in the road at the 6500 block of County Trunk H.

Calhoun Fluker, age 44, taken into custody in Taylor County on a Chippewa County warrant for FTP obstruction body or bond.

8:44 a.m.

A 69-year-old woman with a reported heart issue and intermittent chest discomfort needed EMS service from the 600 block of Woodside Drive.

11:37 a.m.

911 misdial from a number with area code 651.

12:17 p.m.

A storage unit break-in with missing items was reported from the 8400 block of 149th Street.

12:20 p.m.

Ambulance request made for a patient with low blood sugar in the 10500 block of 23rd Avenue.

Officer escorting woman to court in the County Courthouse at 711 North Bridge Street, Chippewa Falls.

A caller reported receiving a suspicious letter in the mail in the 13600 block of 191st Street.

A car vs. deer crash with no personal injuries was reported from the area of State Highway 64 and 191st Avenue.

A woman residing at a group home was reported to be walking in traffic and heading towards State Highway 27 from the direction of 265th Street.

A semi was reported to be smoking on the eastbound ramp of Highway 29 at County Trunk D.

A person reported identity theft from the 20400 block of County Trunk X.

Criminal damage reported to an election sign with several others missing on County Highway Y at Highway 124.

A man reported that his intoxicated son was out of control in a parking lot on County Trunk X east of Lake 8:56 p.m. A woman sought admission to the hospital for mental health issues.

July 31 8:03 a.m.

A man in the 24600 block of County Trunk O reported theft of a Biden sign.

8:03 a.m.

An elderly woman with shallow breathing needed EMS assistance in the 4800 block of Highway 27.

10:21 a.m.

An injured deer was reported Wissota.

from hole 6 of a county golf course.

10:34 a.m.

A caller reported harassment issues from the 11100 block of 200th Street. 1:33 p.m.

A person was reported to have run away from a group home in the 27600 block of 265th Street.

A car vs. deer accident was reported from the 3300 block of County Trunk D. The vehicle was drivable but the deer was injured and in the ditch. 3:19 p.m.

A gas drive off involving a dark color Honda Odyssey was reported from the 19700 block of County Trunk X.

A man reported hearing five gunshots from a certain address, with two dark grey SUVs and a white SUV then leaving the driveway. 8:42 p.m.

A caller reported young people riding an ATV on the playground and around the school at Jim Falls Elementary.

Deputy out with a broken down vehicle at mile marker 97 of State Highway 29 westbound.

7:45 a.m.

An active business alarm showed back door activity in the 16700 block of County Trunk X.

A woman reported concerns of animal abuse and neglect.

Caller reported a black German Shepherd jumped out of the vehicle in front of him in the vicinity of 182nd Street and 70th Avenue.

A caller reported shots going off nearby.

5:15 p.m.

A woman reported that she had “accidentally ran over her ex-boyfriend’s foot” and that while he was not requesting EMS, the two were now in a verbal argument. No weapons.

6:32 p.m.

A woman reported that she had struck a deer 10 miles west of Stanley and would be at the Stanley Expressmart to meet with law enforcement.

7:27 p.m.

Vehicle search undertaken on 50th Avenue at the Highway 29 entrance. 10:31 p.m.

A 64-year-old woman intentionally overdosed on prescription medication, with the incident called in through the nurse line. 1:43 a.m.

William J. Christensen, age 33, taken into custody by Jackson County on a Chippewa County warrant.

A woman reported that a former boyfriend of her sister had shown up knocking on her window.

Deputy out with vehicle that drove through grass in the 17100 block of 50th Avenue.

An ATV accident with personal injuries was reported from the 27600 block of 305th Avenue.

1:59 p.m.

Caller reported a silver truck driving along the shoulder at varying speeds near mile marker 98 on State Highway 29 westbound.

A caller reported that his tires had been slashed in the parking lot of a tavern on Highway 27 the night before.

EMS call for a woman 31 weeks pregnant with abdominal pains in the 2700 block of Commercial Boulevard.

A man with alcohol withdrawal symptoms was reported to be in need of EMS transport. August 3 12:52 a.m.

A suicidal woman was brought to the ER at a local hospital, having attempted to drown herself.

An elderly woman with a possible stroke and facial drooping was reported to need EMS from the direction of Summit Park Drive. 10:27 a.m.

A woman asked for a welfare check on her husband, who was supposed to check into chemical dependency program that day, having overdosed on sleeping pills.

A man in a newer black Chevy pickup with unknown plate number was reported to have pointed a gun at a caller after a road rage incident in the 5900 block of 33rd Avenue.

A sergeant with the Sturbridge Police Department in Massachusetts reported that a man living in their area was giving out false information.

Case request made for a sex offense.

Caller reported a seemingly abandoned canoe in the 28800 block of County Trunk O. 5:23 p.m.

An elderly woman who is a colon cancer patient required transport to an area hospital.
