6:57 p.m.

A broken down vehicle with a flat tire on the boat requested police lighting “as vehicles are not moving over” at mile marker 80 on Highway 29 eastbound.

10:47 p.m.

Fight in progress in the 19900 block of County Trunk X. July 20 1:56 a.m.

Chippewa County was called to assist Jackson County with a welfare check in the 26800 block of 276th Street.

3:31 a.m.

Daniel L. Berg, unclear age, arrested by Barron County on a Chippewa County warrant for FTA Possession of Meth.

5:36 a.m.

Car vs deer accident with no personal injury but partially disabled vehicle in the traffic lane in the 1800 block of County Trunk D.

5:42 a.m.

Chevy SUV found in the ditch on County X at 210th Street. Caller could not tell if it was occupied.

9:19 a.m.

Upon running the plate number of a vehicle in the 7200 block of County Trunk X, it was determined the vehicle had been stolen out of Blaine, Minnesota.

11:25 a.m.

A woman from High Street was reported as needing EMS services.

11:44 a.m.

A woman requested that a deputy check the couple’s cottage as they had reportedly sustained damage to a rental recently by someone separated from their daughter.

1:06 p.m.

Back door and interior motion was reported by an active business alarm from the 16700 block of County Trunk X.

2:30 pm.

Ambulance request for patient with a possible stroke in the 23500 block of 45th Avenue.

2:47 p.m.

A caller reported a woman pulled over that was taking pills to overdose.

3:23 p.m.

Deputy arrest of Kye G. Brown, age 26 for court security at the address of the County Courthouse.

3:30 p.m.

Warrant arrest involving Jackson County Sheriff’s Department. 3:34 p.m.

Todd J Smith, in custody at the Dunn County Jail on three Chippewa County warrants, body only. 3:52 p.m.

A woman reported that her wallet had been stolen from Loopy’s Tavern.

3:54 p.m.

Report of a broken down vehicle was made from the 10300 block of Highway 27.

4:16 p.m.

An unconscious 82-year-old woman who was diabetic needed EMS care.

5:40 p.m.

A man reported going to the Otter Lake boat landing and believed his 22 mag gun had fallen out of his pocket when he went to use the outhouse.

6:29 p.m.

An employee of a business in the 19700 block of County Trunk X reported a gas drive off that had occurred within the half hour by a white Chevy Silverado hauling a boat.

7:46 p.m.

A caller from the 28000 block of 152nd Street reported that their bike had been stolen around two o’clock p.m. that day.

8:40 p.m.

A caller reported a woman sitting in the ditch in the 2700 block of Highway 27.

9:04 p.m.

A caller from the vicinity of 30th Avenue and 210th Street reported they had found a small Shiatsu type dog but couldn’t find the owner. They took the dog home and called police to come pick it up.

9:23 p.m.

A man reported that his wife had pulled a gun on him and that he believed it was now locked in her vehicle. He was no longer at the residence.

10:25 p.m.

Case request made for domestic disturbance of same address. 1:52 p.m.

A cow was reported to be walking on County Trunk K near O.

8:26 a.m.

A black Chevy pickup with rear damage was reported from the 11200 block of County Highway H. There was no one around.

12:31 p.m.

Deputy requested to assist with repossession of a portable shed. Civil standby.

2:14 p.m.

A possible gas leak was reported from the 20000 block of 85th Street.

3:08 p.m.

A woman reported threats made to her by someone else.

5:02 p.m.

Ambulance request made for patient nose bleed in the 5100 block of County Trunk K.

5:59 p.m.

Two vehicle crash with road blockage and personal injuries reported at the intersection of County Trunk MM and County Trunk G.

7:01 p.m.

A parent reported their son missing for the past 30 minutes.

“Roof off of church on Maple Street.”

A suicidal teenage girl ingested pills oneand- a-half hours before and did want to kill herself at the time. The girl was reportedly vomiting and semi-conscious.

10:02 p.m.

A residential alarm was reported active from the 30000 block of 279th Street.

11:39 p.m.

A grey Honda CRV with no license plate was reported from mile marker 87 of Highway 29 eastbound. July 22 5:32 a.m.

A car vs deer accident was reported from County Trunk O at 250th Street. No personal injuries, deer off road, and car drivable. Referred to driver’s report of accident. 8:16 a.m.

Deputy en route to a verbal dispute at a campsite in the Lake Wissota State Park.

9:27 a.m.

Smell of natural gas reported in the 200 block of North Poplar Street.

10:07 a.m.

A woman gave out personal information over the phone to a scam. Fraud case.

11:15 a.m.

Daniel Lester Berg, age 56, in custody on DOC warrant and transported to the Chippewa County Jail. 11:28 a.m.

Ambulance requested for a patient not feeling well after surgery the previous day.

4:08 p.m.

A gas skip for $22.83 was reported by the Mega Holiday on Lake Wissota.

4:12 p.m.

Trailer on fire in the 23500 block of 45th Avenue. 4:36 p.m.

The driver of a Blue Tahoe tore out of a driveway in the 4800 block of Highway 27 “and shot debris all over.”

4:46 p.m.

EMS requested for a teenage girl who had fallen with loss of consciousness but no bleeding. 4:51 p.m.

A woman was reported as wanting to leave a group home.

4:56 p.m.

A pickup was reported to be blocking the parking area of Stillson School in the 17200 block of County Trunk J.

6:41 p.m.

A motorcycle was reported to be driving erratic and swerving in and out of traffic with varied speeds on Highway 27 at Highway 29 westbound.

7:39 p.m.

A gas drive off was reported from the 19700 block of County Trunk X.

8:39 p.m.

Cattle were reported in the roadway on 57th Avenue at County Trunk X.

9:00 p.m.

A domestic disturbance was reported from the 13800 block of 192nd Street.

9:17 p.m.

Caller in the 4900 block of County Trunk XX reported hearing multiple gunshots off at the residence. The caller was positive they were gunshots and not fireworks.

10:50 pm.

A domestic disturbance was reported from the 13800 block of 192nd Street, being a continuation of the earlier one. July 23 12:27 a.m. Second hand information of a physical domestic in progress reported from the 2600 block of County Trunk I.

1:19 a.m.

Hale W. Mathews, age 26, taken into custody by Sawyer County on a Chippewa County Sheriff’s warrant.

1:57 a.m.

Sick leave taken for day shift at 50 East Spruce Street. Jail Sergeant advised.

6:07 a.m.

An Eagle Point resident reported that a vehicle had driven through his fence and was sitting in his field. Caller agreed to meet with deputies. 9:12 a.m.

An officer from the courthouse reported an arrest and was en route to the jail with Aimee Nesja. 9:38 a.m.

Officer requested case for a sex offense.

10:43 a.m.

Traffic complaint received from County Trunk X and 183rd Street.

12:00 p.m.

A man with suicidal issues was made known to the Sheriff’s Office.

12:57 p.m.

A woman reported that her father had been acting strange and paranoid, saying that people were after him.

1:34 p.m.

Report was taken of a case of child abuse and neglect.

3:03 p.m.

Two missing boys were reported missing at the Cornell Mill Yard Park, with their clothes beside the river. 3:03 p.m.

David Donald Menton, age 36, taken into custody by the Superior Police Department on a Chippewa County warrant.

5:30 p.m.

Three case requests made for bond violations.

6:25 p.m.

Breanna J. Merrill, age 24, taken into custody by Barron County on a Chippewa County warrant.

6:45 p.m.

A 61-year-old woman was reported as unresponsive but breathing at the boat launch in the 14500 block of 210th Avenue.

9:30 p.m.

Caller reported theft of a wallet from their vehicle at the Round Lake Boat Landing in the 28500 block of 117th Street.

11:46 p.m.

An intoxicated man was reported to have jumped out of a vehicle near 40th Avenue and 195th Street and was walking eastbound on 40th Avenue.

July 24 1:52 a.m.

An adult man on meth was reported to be out in a field screaming by himself. Ongoing issue.

5:14 a.m.

Warrant arrest carried out. No name information.

7:20 a.m.

A caller reported that an elderly woman had fallen and was complaining of hip pain from the 18300 block of 54th Avenue.

9:55 a.m.

Easement issue reported form the 18400 block of 56th Avenue.

11:05 a.m.

A caller reported that his mailbox was blown up sometime overnight from the 29400 block of County Trunk F. A loud bang was heard around 3:00 a.m.

11:42 a.m.

A man reported that someone was trying to take out a loan in his name. Fraud case.

12:25 p.m.

A woman and her friend called to report being assaulted along the roadway by someone on County Trunk X at County Trunk G.

5:01 p.m.

A black Dodge Durango driving erratic was reported from mile marker 89 on Highway 29 eastbound.

5:24 p.m.

Deputy out with broken down vehicle on County Trunk K at County Trunk O.

6:10 p.m.

Michael A. Litalien, age 32, taken into custody by Tucson Arizona Police Department on a warrant out of Chippewa County.

6:35 p.m.

An EMS call for someone with breathing problems came in from the 10800 block of County Trunk M.

6:59 p.m.

A woman called from the 24600 block of 290th Street to report a man in need of assistance on the side of the road.

7:25 p.m.

A woman called to report her husband threatening her. They are currently going through a breakup.

10:46 p.m.

An EMS call came in from the 14100 block of County Trunk S South, Caller hung up.

11:44 p.m.

An anonymous caller reported possible sex trafficking at a hotel. One occupant of the dark-colored Mercedes in question described to be a lighter skinned black man, while a woman with red hair exited the vehicle.
