“We’re very excited about this opportunity, that this day is finally upon us,” Grant Lokken shared from inside the lobby at Citizen’s State Bank the morning of October 1. “We can’t wait to get to know and become part of the community.” Angie Wald from Human Resources agreed.

“We’re all about building relationships,” she said. “that’s what sets us apart. We’ll go above and beyond.”

Officially open as of this October 1, Citizen’s State Bank with an office at 118 North Broadway in Stanley got its start more than a century ago in the early 1900s, and is headquartered at Cadott.

Open Monday through Friday with lobby hours from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., driveup hours from 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Citizen’s State Bank lobby is closed on Saturdays, though drive-thru hours are offered from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Saturday.

The Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Citizen’s State Bank, meanwhile, will be Friday October 8th at 10:00 a.m. A prize drawing along with light refreshments and snacks will be among the day’s offerings.

People can stop by the bank anytime between now and the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to sign up for prizes and meet bank staff, with a TV and three $50 gift cards among the prizes registrants can win. So what does Citizen’s

CSB specializes in multiple kinds of deposit accounts including checking and savings as well as individual retirement accounts. Community members can come to Citizen’s State Bank for different loans they might need, including ones related to agriculture, consumer, commercial, and also real estate or home mortgage.

Included within the agricultural loan offerings are those for farm expansion, building and improvements, along with those for livestock and crops. Machinery and equipment loans are also possibilities as well, as are operating lines of credit. Dan Lindeman and Brent Hodowanic specialize in agriculture and farm loans for the bank. As to the bank staff on hand for customer service at Stanley, customers will be taken care of on a regular basis by Renee Mitchell, Maggie Keeku, and Grant Lokken.

“Most importantly, our personable, community-focused staff who will listen to our customers’ needs is what we offer at Citizens State Bank,” Citizen’s State Bank Region Manager Hannah Cowan shared on opening day. Those interested in learning more need only stop by the bank’s location at North Broadway, with more information also posted on the bank’s website at www.csbankcadott.com.
