The Stanley Community Association is excited to announce a generous donation of $2,890 from Lube Suppliers, thanks to a successful coloring contest held at their store. On Friday, Steve Millen, the owner of Lube Suppliers, presented the check to Stanley Community Association members, celebrating the creativity of local children who submitted their colorful artwork. With each coloring page submitted, $10 was donated to the “Play Big, Dream Bigger” project, and the participation was remarkable. “It was so much fun to see the kids enjoying this activity,” said Millen. “We were thrilled with the turnout, and the detail in the kids’ artwork was truly impressive!” This latest donation brings the total funds raised for the project to $107,080. These funds will support the development of an inclusive playground and splash pad in Chapman Park, designed to be accessible for children of all abilities. The Stanley Community Association continues to seek additional donors who wish to contribute to this exciting initiative.
