The following felony or criminal traffic cases were filed in court.
Chippewa County
Thomas D. Hager, 19, 106 Boyd St., Boyd, was charged Feb. 17 with 2nd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child. Charges were filed Feb. 14. A $2,000 signature bond was put in place. Hager’s initial appearance was Tuesday.
Darnell J. Seichter, 20, N12830 Copenhaver Ave., Stanley, was charged Feb. 18 with two counts of Felony Bail Jumping and one count of Operating While Revoked. An initial appearance is March 2.
Clark County
Andrew Drost, 28, Thorp, was charged Feb. 15 with one felony count of Substantial Battery and misdemeanor disorderly conduct. An initial appearance was scheduled for March 23.
Troy W. Vetterkind, 50, Thorp, was charged Feb. 15 with OWI (4th), a felony. An initial court appearance is March 30.
Jill M. Warminski, 34, Thorp, was charged Feb. 18 with one felony count of Mistreatment of Animals/Cause Death and a misdemeanor count of Resisting or Obstruction and Officer. An initial appearance of April 6 is scheduled.
