Clark County Isabella Nielsen, 25, With, was charged with Fleeing an Officer, Driver Vehicle Without Consent and Resisting or Obstructing an Officer, Jan. 14. An initial appearance will be March 9.
Taylor County Skyler M. Opelt, 34, Medford, charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possessing Drug Paraphernalia, Jan. 12. Initial appearance scheduled for Jan. 19.
