David A. Horban, 60, formerly of Stanley passed away on October 21, 2022. He was the son of Joseph and Emily (Manier) Horban. He lived many years in the River Falls area.
A celebration of life is being scheduled for May of 2023. Plombon Funeral Service is assisting the family with arrangements.
