There is a critical need for blood right now, so if you
already have an appointment for the Stanley-Boyd Community Red Cross Blood Drive on June 3 at Holy Family Hall,
please make every effort to keep that appointment. If you need to cancel it, please call Donella Christianson at 715644-3638 so the slot can be opened up for someone else. As of this writing, there is only two whole blood slots left and five power red slots left, so if you haven't made an appointment, it is important that you do so as soon as possible.Appointments may be [email protected] Summer is a time when people are busy enjoying the beautiful
weather, getting outside work done, or taking time off. This makes it a harder time for a successful blood drive. Please take time from your very busy schedule and keep your appointment to donate blood.
RapidPass saves donors time at the drive. Just search
redcrossblood.org/rapidpass.
Eligible donors must be 17 years or older, weigh at least 110
pounds, and feel well on the day of the drive. Sixteen-year-
olds are eligible, but must present a signed Red Cross Parental Consent form, available from Donella.
