The October High Five Award has been awarded to a group of wonderful ladies who take such pride in their work at the D.R Moon Public Library. Elizabeth, Wyann, and Michelle are so warm and friendly when walking into the library and they are always ready, willing and able to help find a book, get on the computer or whatever you need to accomplish. Their nominator said the following about the staff “The Library Staff are always very friendly and they very helpful. The creative things they do with the kids are so cute. We appreciate the time and energy they put into the library and all their hard work!” On behalf of the Stanley Community Association and Martino’s Restaurant we thank you for supporting young minds through literacy and nurturing a love of reading. The library is a wonderful resource and a great addition to the community; having a wonderful staff is icing on the cake! Thank you for taking the time to help make Stanley a great city! Members of the community are encouraged to nominate a fellow community member for next month’s award by filling out a nom ination form available at our website www.stanleycommunity. us, visiting our Facebook page or pick up a nomination form at Martino’s Restaurant, Harris Family Chiropractic or Reclaimed Tavern.
