Taking place Friday, September 12 at the Chapman Park Community Center, Courtesy Ford teamed up with the Stanley Community Association (SCA) for the Drive 4 UR Community event. Area residents were able to test drive vehicles, after which they were asked to fill out a survey. Each completed survey resulted in $30 donated to the SCA and $10 to the local food pantry. Over 50 surveys were filled out Sept. 12, resulting in at least $1,500 raised for the SCA and its playground project, as well as $500 for the food pantry. Martino’s made a donation of its pizza sales from the day as well. Shown above from left to right are Tom Fredrickson, Lynn Shattuck, Heather Williams, Robin Demske, and Kristi Weiland.
