Easter Bunny visits Stanley McDonald's for a good cause

Families enjoyed a fun and heartwarming event at the Stanley McDonald’s on April 16th as the Easter Bunny made a special appearance from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., posing for photos, handing out eggs to children and spreading smiles—all in support of a great cause. During the event, 10% of all proceeds were donated to the Ronald McDonald House Charities. In March, the Stanley location raised an impressive $1,242 through the “Round-Up for RMHC” program, where customers round up their bills to the nearest dollar for the Ronald McDonald House Charity. So far in April, they’ve already raised $529—and counting.
The Wednesday event also served as a collection drive for the Ronald McDonald House, with guests encouraged to bring wish list items to donate. In return, participants received a coupon for a free ice cream cone as a thank-you for their generosity. Donations for the Ronald McDonald House Charities will continue to be accepted at the Stanley McDonald’s through the end of April. As a reminder, donations of new, unused items are welcome and include stain sticks, forever stamps, K-cups, cereal cups, granola bars, and fruit snacks, soup and microwavable mac & cheese, travel-sized conditioner, soap, and deodorant, indoor craft kits, and Squishmallows. It’s a great opportunity to support families in need—and grab a sweet treat while you’re at it.
