Chapman Park’s famous Deer Park residents didn’t have to be told how bad Sunday morning’s weather was. And it only got worse as the day progressed. The Stanley-Boyd area got slammed with one of the worst storms of the season, just one day after the temperature broke the 60-degree mark on Saturday.
