The Stanley Community Association would like to thank many people for their contribution, donations, volunteer hours and support of the Fall Festival this past weekend. The fall weather in Wisconsin can be tricky but despite the wind and rain the community showed up and we appreciate the support for this event.

We also would like to take the time to highlight a few winners from over the weekend. On Saturday 3 entered the talent show. They dazzled the crowd with singing and playing instruments! First Place Winner was Eric Dahl who sang a Johnny Cash Song, Kinsley Burzynski sang while playing her guitar and a talented duo from the Girl Scout troop sang “We Don’t Talk about Bruno!” Richie Yourkavich and the Polkarioty were on hand with some polka classics and Dancefit with Denise got the crowd moving with Zumba before Rattlefoot took the stage! Sunday was a jam packed day David Landau preformed for the kids and they got some energy out with the fun run! On a cold day the chili cookoff was a hot commodity! Mike Huebner took first place winning a cash prize and custom apron, Chelsea Flieger took second and tied for third were Abigail Kessen and Franklin Brown. Trulena Schneider took first place in the pumpkin carv ing contest. Thank you to everyone who came out to the event and who helped in any way. It is our hope that this will become an annual event and we would love to see you all out there again next year!
