Fish fry is back at the Boyd Legion Hall.
Kicking things off Jan. 10, members of the Boyd American Legion, Legion Auxiliary, and Sons of The American Legion hosted a fish fry on Clark Street.
“All the volunteers are family,” Boyd Legion Commander Gerry Gully said of those staffing the event. Included in the dinner from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. were eat-in or take out options, dinner including fish, coleslaw, pickles, dessert, coffee, and milk. A choice between baked potato, scalloped potato, or french fries is available as well.
Miss the January fish fry? No worries. Additional fish fry events are planned at the Boyd Legion Hall for Feb. 14, March 14, and April 18, also from 4 p.m to 8 p.m.
Two piece dinners for Friday fish fry at the Boyd Legion are priced at $13, with three piece fish dinners $15, Ages five to 12 ate for $5, with preschoolers free.
All proceeds help support the Legion family mission. Come turn out and support the Boyd Legion as it serves the community!
