A groundbreaking was held Tuesday, June 2 for the new church entrance at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Boyd, built almost 100 years ago. Scheduled to start the last week of June with completion prior to Christmas 2026, the new entrance will allow for improved mobility and greater church access, including a new elevator and street level basement access. Masses will be held at Holy Family Church in Stanley during the construction.
