HOMEPLACE
Our residents had one more activity crafting flags for their doors this week they enjoyed making it was a simple project I made it easy cutting out stars for them and cutting the strips of red and white streamers after they were done painting their ½ of a paper plate they had to glue the stars and stripes onto the plate and it was ready to hang, a big Thank you Monica, Bunny and Bernice for helping make extra flags for those who couldn’t make one for themselves.
As you may remember this spring we started seedlings indoors our marigolds and sunflowers are doing great! It was successful, I think because of all the hard work and tender loving care our residents put into our gardening.
We recognize National Day’s thru out the month, this month we celebrated National German chocolate Day, National Donut Day, Ice Cream Float day, root beer day and take your dog to work day so Kia, Mona and little Stanley Wilson came to work with me, they love it, are residents loved it . It was fun for all!
