Holy Family – Parish Council of Catholic Women Holds Christmas Bazaar

Sunday, November 13, brought many out to the All Saints Parish Hall in Stanley to enjoy a wonderful meal of chicken and stuffing with all the fixings for their annual Christmas Bazaar. Even Santa was there to visit with everyone and check on how good the kids have been this year! Along with a great dinner, patrons could stroll through the silent auction items and make their bids. There was also a used book sale, bake sale, “new to you” items, a table of religious items for sale, and many raffle items available to purchase tickets for. Ornament making was also offered for those who were feeling crafty.

A huge “Thank you” goes out to all the ladies and men who helped in any way. Community events like this can only happen with the help of many volunteers. And “Thank you” to all those who came out to support this worthwhile cause.

The Parish Council of Catholic Women (PCCW) is a Women’s group that takes on many projects within the parish. All three churches of All Saints Parish have had a separate PCCW group, however recently, all three groups have merged into one larger All Saints PCCW. All ladies of the parish are welcome and encouraged to attend the meetings, usually held once a month. Information on meetings is posted in the weekly bulletin. Please consider becoming an active member of All Saints Parish PCCW!
