We had our Halloween celebration with our residents and our staff we had a pot luck everybody brought something some people dressed up it was fun to hang out with our residents and enjoy good food and they loved seeing us dressed up they judged our costumes and the drill Sargent took first place, Congrats Dorothy ! Thanks to all our staff for a wonderful job you do every day for our residents and the difference you make in their lives .Some of our residents handed out candy to all the trick or treaters it was a good turn out it’s great to see all parents that bring their kids into the Homeplace we like to see all the creative costumes our residents handed out almost 2000 pcs. of candy. We hope to see you again next year it makes their day!

We celebrated a few Birthdays this week with lots of balloons and yummy cake Anna and Jackie L. have the same birthday date two in one day. FUN! Bernice also had a Birthday this week too. Happy birthday to Anna and Bernice! Jack- ie enjoyed her birthday with over 100 balloons in her office she could barely get the door open .Happy birthday Jackie!

Now that we have Halloween behind us we will focus on giving thanks for the Delicious food we will make for our Thanksgiving feast. Yum! The activity crafts we will be crafting turkeys. I’m very excited to get started on our newest activities we have planned.
