This week at the Homeplace we are continuing with toilet paper roll craft we made Butterfly’s not many residents wanted to craft but I can count on Monica to do any kind of activity I can think of she is always willing to give it a try she is happy and up beat and a pleasure to do activities with, your butterfly is adorable Monica!

We celebrated another birthday Betty had family and friends come to visit they decorated the common area had birthday hats played bingo listen to music and had cake, we hope you had an awesome birthday Betty.

We have a young lady who is doing our gardening around our grounds she has pulled a lot of weeds and put in new mulch, the grounds look great she also has painted rocks with flowers and words of encouragement .It’s the smallest thing that someone can do that stand out the most, it made my day! Thank you Kira!

We have lots of winners for bingo this week on Monday Esther won 2, Lucille 1, Monica 1, and June won the blackout, on Thursday we had Monica win 1, John 3, Susan 1, Bernice1, Joann 1 , Monica , Joann and Carol won the blackout round which gets them a scratch ou lottery ticket, no one won anything this time and it still make their day. After Bingo Bernice and Monica wanted to shop in our general store they spent their winnings on more candy, soaps, Pens, word search puzzle books and dish towels.
