Monday, the general store had quite a number of shoppers. June, Rita, Sandi, Denny, Jules, John, Dorothy, Marilyn and Monica all went to see what new items were stocked. Denny, Marilyn, Barb, Bunny, and Monica had a blast tie dying towels and washcloths. They worked on them together, adding their own design and colors in and also each made their own. They all turned out fabulous and bursting with bright colors.
Tuesday, tenants and residents who wanted snacks from the grocery store had them picked up and delivered to them. Dorothy started a challenging puzzle.
Wednesday Marilyn watered our potted flowers and Bunny and Monica admired
the different plants while relaxing in the warm morning sunshine before lunch. After lunch, Barb and Bunny got their nails painted.
Thursday morning, Jules, Monica, Pat, and Larry went and shopped down at the general store. Monica got her nails painted and had flowers painted on a few of them.
Dorothy pulled weeds in the patio to keep it looking nice. At lunch, residents got the choice of chocolate or mint milkshakes. They tasted so good on the hot day. Jules, John and Denny played several card games in the afternoon.
Friday, Kathy got her nails painted. Earl, Susan, Ed, Anna, Lilly, Yvonne, Betty, Kathy, and Les played a game of balloon bop while listening to upbeat music.
