On Monday Monica, Dorothy, Bunny, Sandi planted more veggies, watered plants and pulled weeds from our gardens. Our
flower containers are filling out beautifully. The general store
was opened after lunch and Dennis, Sandi, Esther, Rita, Joann, Al, Marge, Jules, and Monica went to shop around. Dennis enjoyed the warm afternoon air outside while enjoying a snack in the gazebo. Some of us discovered a momma robin protecting her eggs in the nest she built in our pear tree!
Yvonne spent her afternoon coloring. Carol and Cindy read
the books they picked out in the library. Dennis and Jules sat down to play some blackjack.
Wednesday, Esther, Sandi, Fred and Dennis purchased items in the general store. Dorothy helped with pulling weeds to help upkeep the gardens.
Bingo was played Thursday afternoon. Winners were offered
a cool can of soda or a ticket to the general store.
