Monday we started out with shopping at the general store. We did a fun craft with sand art. Barb, Bernie, Monica, Della, Becky, Sandi, Esther, June, Rita and Lorraine all filled a pretty bottle with different colored sand. Kathy L, Rosie and Cliff experienced what kinetic sand feels like and had a blast forming the sand into shapes.

Tuesday, Becky, Sandi, Esther and Lorraine played an intense game of 500 Rummy. Rosie and Les went fishing at Chapman park in the afternoon. Unfortunately the only thing they caught was a lot of weeds. They both agreed that it was a beautiful day and they were also glad to see the elk in the park.

Wednesday, Jerry, Cliff and John worked on building abstracts with the PVC tree. Monica went for a long walk outside and Carol B and Rosie went for a walk outside to the patio and spent some time with nature like watching and listening to the birds, picking and tasting the tomatoes, and feeling the warm sunshine.

Thursday the store was opened and Esther, Lorraine, Bob, Al, Marge, and Monica shopped. Gloria’s birthday was Thursday and we sang for her before she opened her card and before we cut the cake. Rosie had her nails painted and decorated with polka dots. Marge zoom chatted with her sister.

Friday morning Kathy L, Kathy H, Rosie, Carol, Yvonne, and Kris listened to polka music. Carol S, Kathy, H got their nails trimmed and Kathy had some pretty pink nail polish put on her nails. Bill had a zoom chat with his wife.
