Area residents will have the chance to take part in a ‘Hope Night’ event at the Stanley Theater this Sept. 29, thanks in large part to four area churches: Full Gospel Mission of Stanley, Trinity Vineyard Church on Highway X, The Rock Church of Thorp, and Oasis Church in Eau Claire.
Starting with food trucks from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. this Thursday on North Broadway, events shift indoors to the Theater beginning at 6:30 p.m., where participants will have a chance to engage in worship, prophetic readings, and a message from a pastor, according to Andy Larson, associate pastor at Full Gospel in Stanley.
"The service is at 6:30 p.m.,” Larson said of the events planned for the Theater. “We want to bring hope to the Stanley community, just trying to encourage everyone here to seek the Lord. The hope is that we bring revival to the community."
