It is once again time for the kick-off of the Partners Love Light Trees at Aspirus Stanley Hospital and Clinics.
Forms are available at the hospital, Aspirus Clinics in Stanley, Owen, and Thorp and at supporting community businesses. Love Lights may be purchased anytime through Christmas Day and will be on display shortly after Thanksgiving until the New Year.
White lights are in memory of a loved one, red and green are in honor of living loved ones, and blue lights are in memory or honor of military or those affected by COVID.
A minimum donation of $3.00 per light is requested. Please put your name, the color of light, and the names of your loved ones and send with your check made payable to: Partners with OLVH, and either drop off at Aspirus Stanley Hospital or mail it to: Love Light Christmas Trees Attn: Aspirus Stanley Hospital 1120 Pine Street, Stanley, WI 54768. All Love Light names will be posted on a board in the hospital lobby, close to the trees.
Thanks to your generosity, Partners recently purchased two items for Aspirus Stanley Hospital that will provide direct benefits to the patients and staff. A new recliner in the surgical department is used for knee and hip replacement patients and a second vital signs machine for the medical surgical department improves patient care by providing additional resources for staff.
Please remember and honor your loved ones and help us raise additional funds for Aspirus Stanley Hospital and Clinics. The projects we support help bring new services to our community hospital, make the staff’s job a little easier in providing patient care and support a scholarship fund to award two high school students and one employee scholarship per year.
Everyone, men as well as women, is invited to join our Partners organization. In addition to fundraising, we volunteer and help wherever we can. This is a wonderful way to meet new people and learn about our local hospital.
