Sophomore Isaac Brenner advanced from Regionals on to Sectionals in WIAA High School Boys golf held at Skyline Golf Course in Black River Falls. Isaac was one of four individuals advancing from the Trempealeau Mountain Regional.
Isaac shot a respectful 88 but failed to advance to the state tournament being held at Trappers Turn in Wisconsin Dells.
Because of the coronavirus there was no high school golf last year, so this being his first year of competition Isaac has had great success overall being selected to Honorable Mention to All Conference and now competing at the sectional level.
“He is a delight to coach as he is so attentive to instructions and always absorbs new and corrective ideas,” said Coach Larry Norell. “Isaac is so respectful to fellow teammates, coach’s and competitors that everybody wants to golf with him. He will have great success at SBHS.”
