Ward 3 alderman Jacob Huff has a lot of friends, or at least that’s how his re-election was explained at the Monday Council meeting.
"You have a lot of friends, Jacob," mayor Al Haas said after reading out the ballots indicating Huff had once again been chosen as City Council President.
