Jason P. Lodahl passed away at his family’s home on Saturday, May 20, 2023. He was born June 12, 1978, to Steven Lodahl and Bonnie Stewart in Stanley WI. Jason resided in the Stanley-Boyd area his whole life and completed his education at Stanley-Boyd Elementary and Cadott high school.
Jason had a love for music and was honored to be the assistant band conductor at Cadott High school. Jason’s positive attitude and laugh was contagious and brought joy to all who were around him.
Jason is survived by his parents and caregivers Bonnie and Ed Stewart, stepmother Joanne Lodahl, Siblings: Michelle MacCourt, Elisha Draeger, Stefani (Nick) Burzynski, Scott (April) Lodahl, and Blake (Mayra) Lodahl and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, Steven Lodahl, paternal grandparents Idyll & Lester Lodahl, maternal grandparents Robert MacCourt & Kathleen Depue, and brother-in-law Ricky Draeger.
A memorial service will be held at 11AM on Monday, June 5, 2023, at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church-Stanley with Rev. Kenneth Schmidt officiating. Inurnment will follow in Yellow River Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10AM until time of service at the church. Plombon Funeral Service assisted the family with arrangements.
