Joseph Ilarian Kozak went to be with Jesus in heaven on Tuesday, December 14, 2021. He was born on March. 6, 1950 in Chicago, IL. He went to school for music. He was well- known for his music ministry in church. Especially his piano playing, praise and worship, his love for music and God.
He is survived by his wife Jeanette Kozak, his brother Jim Kozak, his daughter Joanna Seets, his son Jonathon Kozak, his son-in-law Chad Seets Jr., his grandchildren Chad Seets III, and Josie Seets. The memorial service will be on Saturday, January 15, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at Full Gospel Mission Church, in Stanley.
