I am Dave Jankoski, newly installed Stanley Lions President.
I have been a member of the Stanley Lions Club since October 1968 (54 years), making me the longest serving Stanley Lions member. Quite candidly, at my age I should not be the organizations leader.
The problem facing the organization is lack of younger members. Thus, my hope is that during my term that we can recruit new, younger members, to serve along side us older members and become ready to take over leadership roles, in the near future. Without new servant leaders, who will fill the services Lions provide to the handicapped, children and adults with sight and hearing issues, etc.? Please consider joining with 34 local members and 1.4 million men and women worldwide, in making an impact and changing lives. More next month.
