They came, they studied, and soon they will say ‘farewell’. Taking place Friday May 10 at 6 p.m. at Orioles Park, the Stanley-Boyd Class of 2024 will mark the end of high school, and the start of a new chapter.
As for class particulars, the motto for the Class of 2024 is “Never back down, never what? Never give up! The Class Flower is the white rose, the class colors are Orange and Black (what else?), and As for officers, they are Vaughn Schneider (president), Dakota Derks (vice president), Olivia Osvold (treasurer), and Chase Sturm (secretary). A special commemorative section in this week’s Stanley Republican sponsored by area businesses gives further recognition and detail to each of the 74 seniors.
Finally, class staff advisors are Kayleigh Steinmetz and Joe Haines. Soon to come to Oriole Park with the school gym in case of rain, the graduation ceremony for the Stanley-Boyd Class of 2024 kicks off Friday May 10 at 6 p.m.
