The Healthcare Workforce Training Institute is excited to announce a new Care Elevating Education Series that will be held on September 9 and 10 at their Chippewa Falls Education Center located at 2815 County Highway I, Suite 3A in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin.
The Care Elevating Education Series will consist of 3 programs, which cost $25 per session. The programs, which can be taken individually or grouped, are geared toward anyone interested and/or working in some type of care or healthcare capacity.
Tuesday, September 9
“We are Called, Service Excellence in Healthcare” 9 am – 12 pm
This uplifting training experience will inspire healthcare teams to serve with purpose, empathy, and excellence. Discovering how to build trust through presence, communicate with clarity and compassion, and strengthen teamwork, morale, and service culture. Attendees will learn to lead with heart and serve with excellence.
“Empowering the Next Generation of Leaders” 1 pm – 4 pm
Stepping into leadership is more than earning a title — it is embracing a new way of thinking, acting, and connecting. This dynamic, hands-on training equips new and emerging leaders with the skills and confidence to inspire, guide, and make a meaningful impact.
Wednesday, September 10
“Virtual Dementia Tour: Gain Empathy and Understanding 9 am – 12 pm
Experience the world-renowned virtual dementia tour by Second Wind Dreams. Gain a better understanding of the physical and mental challenges those living with dementia face through this life-changing simulation. Attendees will leave with increased empathy, critical to providing quality care for those living with memory loss. Perfect for both family and professional caregivers.

Seats are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis!
Proceeds from the Series will support the non-profit mission of the Institute.
